        To all Managing committee Members, Zonal Secretary, Advisory Board and The Legal advisors of AVACA Cordially Invites to attend the 2^nd General Meeting on 31^st August 2019 at 4pm venue Adarsha Vidyalaya school Premises to discuss Alumni Draft of Goals & Objectives and the Rules & regulations of AVACA.

1. Recall of Minutes for last meeting held on 27^th July 2019 at Adarsha Vidyalaya premises.
2. Introduction of the Newly formed  Advisory Board committee of AVAC
3. Presentation of the Draft of Alumni for the Registration by Sumi Soman.
4. Discussion in any changes to be made in Drafts of Alumni.
5. Suggestions from the Advisory Board and the Committee Members of AVAC.
6. Logo of AVAC to be Finalised.
7. Approval and Signature from the Managing committee and the Chairperson.

2nd General Meeting of AVAC held at Adarsha vidyalaya school premises on 31^st August 2019 at 4pm Chaired by President Mr. Sasi Damodaran.

1. Recall of Minutes for last meeting held on 27^th July 2019 By the Secretary Mr. Chandramohan.k. Parai.
2. Introduction Given by all Advisory Board and Legal Advisors in the presence of Managing Committee.
3. Association legal advisor Miss Sumi Soman Presentation of the Draft of Alumni.
4. Changes has been made with the discussion all committee members and Advisory Board.
5. Logo for association has been presented by Jt. Secretary Mr. Ajay Nair and colour has been made little changes by our chairperson Mr. Sasi Damodaran.
6. All Approval done in the presence of Chairperson and Managing Committees, Advisors.
