PATRONSHIP/LIFE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

ELIGIBILITY OF MEMBERSHIP

Members are those that are invited by the Managing Committee from time to time and agreeing to strive for attainment of the aims and objects of the Society the age of the members shall be above 21 years of age. A Separate register for members shall be maintained.

QUALIFICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP:
  1. Must be a alumni of the institution (Adarsha Vidyalaya);
  2. Every subscriber to the “Memorandum of Association” of the Society shall be a member of the Society and shall continue to be such member until he / she dies or resigns;
  3. The present Managing Committee by simple majority may from time to time resolve to admit such persons as members who in the opinion of the Managing Committee will help in achieving the aims and objects of the Society;
  4. The number of members to be admitted in the society will be decided by the Managing Committee at their absolute discretion from time to time.
SUBSCRIPTION

The membership fee for lifetime members is Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) and that for patron members is Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only).

    N. B.: Application may be accepted subject to approval by the Board of Management of the Alumni. Applicant should be the Alumni of Adarsha Vidyalaya School. The Board shall have absolute discretion either to accept or reject the form of any person for membership, without assigning any reason. However if the application is rejected, amount paid shall be refunded. Cheque payment shall be subject to realization of cheque. (*) Indicates Mandatory
