Zoom meeting on 4th August 2020 at 6 pm Online with 25 members presence from Overseas and India
President Mr.sasi Damodaran chair the meeting and read the agenda of notice.
1. Distributing Tablets on 10th August 2020 at 11 Am At Adarsha Vidyalaya premises. In the presence of secondary Headmistress and Principal Radikha Ma’am.
2. Discussed of making Committees for each categories like Development, Sponsorship, Event, Sport, Medical Aid, etc….
3. All suggestions unanimously approved.
4. Discussion on the Request letter from Radika Ma’am which presented by Sectary Mr. ChandraMohan.k.Parai and discussed about the mobile or Tablet to be distributed to the needy.
Meeting concluded by 9:30pm with vote of thanks by secretary Mr.Chandramohan.k.Parai
