Request Letter
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that we have started the online classes for our students on 29/6/2020 for std V to X. Also, I am happy to inform you that it is going on very well but due to lack of mobile phones some students could not attend the classes.
So I request you to help us, If you can, with the help of the association for the students.
I will be highly obliged.

Minutes of the Meetings.
Zoom meeting on 25th July 2020 at 6pm Online with 25 members presence from Overseas and India
President Mr.sasi Damodaran chair the meeting and read the agenda of notice.
1. Condolence to our Ex. Student Mr.Stanley Jose
2. Mr. Ajay Nair reported the progress of Alumni Membership registration by Online and Offline And taken suggestions with present Chairperson and other members.
3. Account Opening has been done through Dhanlaxmi Bank at chembur and got the PAN Card of the Association by JT. Secretary Mr. Ravindran Pillai.
4. Printing Works of vouchers, Bill receipts, Letter head, Membership / Patron-ship Forms. will be done through 3 persons Quotation and also given the priority to any of our Alumni members.
5. All suggestions unanimously approved.
6. Discussion on the Request letter from Radika Ma’am which presented by Sectary Mr. ChandraMohan.k.Parai and discussed about the mobile or Tablet to be distributed to the needy.
7. Suggestion to prepare an appeal letter that We at AVACA plan to donate 50 android mobile handsets for needy students. The cost of each handset a rough estimation is ₹ 7,000/- each. The total cost is approximately ₹ 3, 50,000/-
