1st Annual General Meetings held on 26th January 2022

NOTICE

To all Managing Committee, Executive Committee, Legal advisor, Advisory Board and Working committee Members of AVACA Cordially invites to attend the meeting on 26^th Jan 2022 at 10:00 am at Adarsha Vidyalaya School premises.

AGENDA

1. Balance Sheet for year 2020-2021.
2. Presentation of AVACA website.
3. Appointing the members to coordinate with KPES Management and The Principal of the Institution
4. Discussion on Online or Offline Members to join more and more as well as The Donations.
5. To Form Different committees such as 1. Infra & Development Committee, 2. Seminar & Career Counseling Committee, 3. Charitable Committee, 4. Medical Aid Committee, 5. Sports & Cultural Committee.
6. Planning to do some priority work for the Institution as per the Budget reserved.
7. Introduce the Budget for each Committee.
8. Planning to have Home Coming Celebration and publish the 1^st souvenir of AVACA.
9. Any other points to be discussed with the permission of the chair.

Minutes of the Meetings.

• Condolence  by Chairperson Mr. Sasi Damodaran and other Members.
• Agenda and last meeting minutes been read by Mr. Chandramohan k. Parai.
• Balance sheet for the year 2020-21 is been placed by Joint Secretary Mr. Ajay Nair.
• Introduction of Website is been displayed on screen by Joint Secretary Mr. Ajay Nair.
• Appointed the Members to coordinate with KPES management and The Headmistress of the Institution Mr.Chandramohan k. Parai, Mr. T K Rajan and Mr. Radhakrishnan Menon

• Formation of Sub Committees and the Conveners’ for smooth Operation of our Association.

1. Infra & Development Committee: Convener Mr. V. Vaidyanathan

2. Seminar & Career Counseling Committee: Convener Mrs. Patricia Fernandez

3. Charitable & Scholarship Committee: Convener Mr. Chandramohan k Parai.

4. Medical Aid Committee: Convener Mr. N.S.Suresh.

5. Sports and Cultural Committee: Conveners’ Mr. T K Rajan and Mrs. Dhanya Shivprasad Respectively.

• All the Committees will be having their Rules & Regulations and their Duties & Responsibilities which will be discussed in the next coming general meetings.
• Budget will be made as per Committees requirement and the priority to the work of the Institution.

To make the 1 Classroom as Modern classroom in a year as per the donation raised by the Association and also added that the Association should get the NOC from the KPES management and Head of the Institution in writing on their letter head to do any kind of help towards the Institution(Adarsha Vidyalaya)

At least to make 5 Classroom as Modern so that each class has 5 divisions. So that Maximum students can get the benefits and also added some priority work to be done in necessary basis like Fans, Tubes, Fittings& fixture etc this can be permitted by the Head of the Institution on behalf of KPES management.

As to maintain the budget we can start with computer class as a modern class which will be used for all students at present and future we will try to give as per Radhika Ma’am Suggestion of 5 Classroom once in a year as per the budget.
