1. Self introduction of all the committee members.
2. Member’s fees and Association Registration Under Society Act.
3. Opening of the Bank Account for the Association
4. Authorized person for Signatory
5. Suggestions on Aims and Objectives of Association.
6. Formation of Legal Advisors, Advisory Board and working Committee.
7. Any other points to be discussed with the permission of the chair.

Minutes of the Meeting

1^st General Meeting of AVAC held at Adarsha vidyalaya school premises on 27th July 2019 at 4pm Chaired by President Mr. Sasi Damodaran.

• Self introduction of all the committee members. Registration Documents has been submitted by all members. Alumni registration is in process.

• Member’s fees have been decided by the committee. Membership registration will be done by Online and offline.
• RS.1000/- proposed by T.K. Rajan seconded by DR. M.K. Shanta unanimously decided.
• Cost of Registration has been discussed by the committee members and has been informed to treasurer.
• Opening of the Bank Account of alumni will be done in any Nationalized Banks nearby Chembur area as suggested by the committee meeting unanimously.
• Resolution passed Treasurer must second President or Vice President or Secretary.
• Suggestion from the committee Members has been noted by chairperson.
• Aims and Objectives have been suggested by the committee members.
• Meeting will be held Every 4^th Saturday of Every month. All the Managing Committee and the formed Zonal Secretaries has to attend the meetings.
